Behaviour Principles

“Be the best we can be”

At ‘The Federation of SGASA’ we have high expectations of all pupils to be the best they can be, for themselves and for their community.  The behaviour code in school is simple and clear, for all to understand across the age range.  It is underpinned by our Christian values and principles– Respect, Trust, Love, Forgiveness.  It encourages and supports making the ‘right’ choices and rewards those decisions and actions.  As a federation we seek to prevent the making of wrong choices and support children to take responsibility for their actions and improve their behaviour.  It is also accepted that mistakes are made and responses to poor behaviour are calm, measured and take account of circumstances.
